290- Fail time!

I was a total klutz last night and dropped my phone in a puddle of water, courtesy of the awesome storm we had last night. Now, I've done that before and my phone was fine, but this time the water totally killed it. My contract with T-Mobile is up in September, and I'm already planning on switching to Verizon. So, I guess that I'll have to do it a few months early.

If you need to get a hold of me, text [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and she can pass the message along, since she's the one who sees me the most. The earliest I'll be able to get a phone is tomorrow, and that may even have to wait (depending on how expensive Verizon is).

EDIT: Okay, amend this post. xD I just tried turning on my phone and it looks like it's working for now. That's quite a relief, but I'm not sure how long it's going to work.

291- Writer's Block: When I Was Young

Yay, two posts from me in one day! xD But anyway, the thing I miss most about being a kid is the relationship I had with my sister. When we were younger, we had this really close friendship. We were like partners and confidantes, as well as sisters. Even if we didn't have a lot in common, we still got along incredibly well.

However, as we got older, we just grew apart and now we hardly talk except for major holidays. Things have improved a lot from about three or four years ago, but it's still not fantastic.
